Privacy policy and "Cookies" files

  1. The administrator of the Customer's personal data provided to the Seller voluntarily as part of Registration and as part of the Seller's provision of electronic services or under other circumstances specified in the Regulations is ZABAWKARSTWO Wojciech Bączek with its registered office in 07-100 Węgrów, ul. Gdańska 80, NIP: 824-000-47-92, REGON: 710061733.
  2. The Customer consents to the processing by ZABAWKARSTWO Wojciech Bączek of his personal data provided in the User Account registration process, when using the B2B platform, placing orders and for other purposes specified in the Regulations.
  3. Personal data provided to the Seller are provided voluntarily, however, with the reservation that failure to provide the data specified in the Regulations in the Registration process makes it impossible to register and set up a Customer Account and prevents the submission and execution of the Customer's order.
  4. The Customer, in accordance with the principles set out in the GDPR, has the right to request from the Seller access to personal data relating to the data subject, to request their rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to their processing, and the right to transfer data.
  5. The Seller ensures the possibility of removing personal data from the database, in particular in the event of deleting the Customer Account. The Seller may refuse to delete personal data if the Customer has not settled all amounts due to the Seller or has violated applicable law, and the retention of personal data is necessary to clarify these circumstances and determine the Customer's liability.
  6. The Buyer's personal data will be made available to Entities entrusted by Panda with the processing of personal data on the basis of processing entrustment agreements in connection with their business activities.
  7. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  8. The Seller protects the personal data provided to him and makes every effort to protect it against unauthorized access or use. The set of collected personal data of Customers is treated as a separate database, stored on the Seller's server, in a special security zone, ensuring appropriate protection.
  9. The Seller uses the mechanism of "cookies", i.e. IT data which, when Customers use the B2B Platform Websites, are saved by the Seller's server on the hard drive of the Customer's end device.
  10. The use of "cookies" is intended to ensure the correct operation of the B2B Platform Websites on Customers' end devices. This mechanism does not destroy the Customer's end device and does not cause configuration changes in the Customer's end devices or in the software installed on these devices.
  11. The Seller uses the "cookies" mechanism in order to:
  1. maintaining the System User's session (after logging in) and navigating the website,
  2. adapting the content of the System's websites to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of websites,
  3. creating statistics that help understand how System Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content,
  4. adapting the content of the System to the User's preferences.
  1. Each Customer may disable the "cookies" mechanism in the web browser of their end device. The Seller indicates that disabling cookies may, however, cause difficulties or prevent the use of the B2B Platform Websites.
